Ultimate Staffing is hiring for 2 Customer Service Agents for a company located in the Houston area.

Temporary-to-hire

M-F, 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm + 1 Saturday every 6 weeks

$17/hr

Qualifications depending on the role:

• 2+ years of experience in an office environment
• Customer service experience providing next level service to ensure needs/expectations are met
• Must have relevant experience within the last year

Some of the responsibilities include:

• Answering and managing multi-line phone systems
• Fast and accurate data entry of customer information/orders
• Account management
• Invoicing
• Customer Service/ Administrative duties as required
